BRIANNA BULLENTINI

FOUNDING PARTNER, BUILT BY JANE

Brianna is a multidisciplinary real estate developer, urban strategist, and third-generation builder known for reimagining cities through impact-driven placemaking. A Reno native, she has become a catalytic force in her hometown’s revitalization—most notably leading the transformation of downtown landmarks like the historic Post Office into The Basement Marketplace. She is currently spearheading the redevelopment of the former Harrah’s Casino into over 1.2 million square feet of mixed-use space, bringing new energy and a future-forward vision to downtown Reno.

With over a decade of experience in mixed-use development, Brianna’s background spans adaptive reuse, ground-up construction, experiential design, urban policy and strategic public/private partnerships. Her national work includes serving as Gravity Lead for the award-winning 14-acre Gravity project in Columbus, OH—an innovative community centered on wellness and creativity. She also brings design experience from her time with Extreme Makeover: Home Edition, Antropolgie’s Rockefeller Center storefront team, and three years at the renowned NYC-based architectural firm ICRAVE where she focused predominantly on retail and hospitality projects.

Recognized globally for her thought leadership, Brianna has been invited to give a TEDx talk as an advocate for “Design as Solution,” featured in the book Your Hidden Genius, selected as one of Amy Poehler’s “Smart Girls Who Change the World,” and named a 20 Under 40 winner for entrepreneurial leadership. For her contributions to Reno’s urban future, she was honored as Visionary of the Year by Governor Sandoval in 2016.

As a tastemaker and culture creator, Brianna is most committed to building conscious, connected communities that foster meaningful relationships and aligned vision. Her passion for people-first places is deeply influenced by Jane Jacobs, the legendary urbanist who believed that great cities are built by those who truly understand them on the streets. She championed the idea that vibrant neighborhoods grow from the bottom up—not the top down.  After 15 years living and working in New York City, Brianna returned to Nevada to do just that—build a practice rooted in the ethos of championing local knowledge, design integrity, and long-term community value. That vision became Built By Jane.
